Administrative & Financial Excellence
The Office of the Vice President for Administration and Finance (OVPAF) serves as the operational backbone of Davao del Sur State College. We oversee all aspects of the College’s administrative and financial operations, developing policies and strategies to ensure the effective management of resources and strict compliance with government regulations.
Our Core Divisions
The OVPAF is composed of four strategic divisions that ensure the College runs smoothly:
Administration Services: Managing our human capital, procurement, and records.
